Hallo allemaal,

Yes, you read well: this morning I succeeded in building a 65816-module for the
c64. The interesting thing is that this module can be used for addressing 16
MB. The components I used:
- 2 74LS541
- 1 74LS245
- 1 74F04
- 1 74LS125
- 1 R-array 33K
- 1 10K resistor
- 2.5 expensive sockets
- 1 cheap socket
- a lot of wire

As you can see, no circuitboard. It became a structure of 4 cm high. Later I'll
give you a complete description how to build your own one.

One remark: With this module you have NO onboard port, so there is a limited
use for the moment. I already have an idea and that involves the \OE-input of
the PLA. Question: has anybody ever experimented with this input ie. can
anybody confirm it realy is an Enable-Output?

Other remark: I've always thought that it only were small writing errors the
way the Reference Guide explained the clockinput and -output. I had to use my
scope to realise taht the RG was absolutely wrong. Has anybody an explanation?

Groetjes, Ruud
