To clarify: The custom transfer routines are only used when writing D64 files, when custom drive routines are used anyway. For one-drive D64 the custom routines are necessary (well, not absolutely, but makes it manageable). I could make it possible to use standard I/O and block write (U2) for two-drive D64 write.
