C64/VIC-20 AV lead

Hi,

I want to get a couple of A/V leads for the C64/VIC-20.

I know where to get C64-to-3xphono plugs LCA leads (basically S-video & audio)
from, but these won't work with a composite-only monitor (or a VIC-20).

Does anyone know where to get a lead that has 5-pin DIN plug on one end, and
two phono plugs on the other?
