I just got email from my Italian friend Giuseppe Liuzzo, whom I also asked about the keyboards. He clearly identified the Italian keyboard, and even better, he owns such an Italian 128D and is willing to dump the ROMs. I think reading them by software will be enough (only the $FF bytes under the MMU are inaccessible), and I'll also ask him to read the product numbers from the ROM labels. He also thinks the other one is a Spanish keyboard, which nobody ever doubted. Now I have to find a Spanish guy who owns a C128 to get these ROMs, too.
