I think the daughterboard is used to replace the internal ROM of the 6530 by an external ROM. What revision number is printed on the ROM and does it look similar to any of the ROM dumps on funet? I also have similar daughterboards in my 8028 printer, where a 6532, a 74LS04 and a 2716 Eprom seem to replace a 6530. Nicolas - This message was sent through the cbm-hackers mailing list.
