Not really.  This is a line on the 6520 interface chip.  It is supposed to
deliver enough power to drive a transistor.  I would not count on
it for anything more.  The usual place to get power is from the cassette
port.  +5V is on pin B2 and ground on A1.  It delivers enough power to run
the cassette circuits and the motor.
