Hallo Per, > But you got reading to work? I converted a D64 image into a G64 one and send that data to PortA2. But I got read errors all the time. > What didn't work when writing? I got rubbish all the time. I tested this by shorting the Motor-On signal so the disk kept spinning continiously. My first try was reading port A as soon the SYNC signal was detected but.... rubbish. Then I put a 74ALS575 between the LPT port and the 6522 that would latch the received data and still rubbish. Maybe I did something wrong, I don't know. But knowing much more of the system now, and having the ability to create my own 'ROMs' which simplifies testing, I'm thinking about reviving this project. -- ___ / __|__ / / |_/ Groetjes, Ruud \ \__|_\ \___| URL: Ruud.C64.org =====DISCLAIMER================================================================= De informatie in dit e-mailbericht is vertrouwelijk en uitsluitend bestemd voor de geadresseerde.
