I think so too but better get him write in his native language. I
assume (by the header) that it might be either German or (by the name)
French. We should be able to decode both of those languages (properly
expressed) easier than his English.
In German something like:
Ich verstehe nicht. Schreiben Sie bitte auf Deutsch.
should do the trick
or (this one I am not sure as I am far from being confident about my
French)
Je ne comprends pas. Écrivez s'il vous plaît en français.
in French.
