I have traced out most of the non-6545 test device. The data lines and a0-a10 go from the clip to the two ROM sockets. a13 and a14 are tied directly to ground with no resistors. a11, a12, and a15 are controlled by the 74LS138, and diode. I have not completely worked this out yet, but the ROM sockets are for 2 2K ROM's. The reset switch is between ground and the reset line.
