I'm not unknown to the 6809. In 1986/1987 we used the Labbus
(http://www.computermuseumgroningen.nl/microproject/microproject.html)
on school. My C64 experience was a major plus for developing 6809
programs. But I sometimes lost half a point because I forgot that the
6809 also has 16-bits registers on board.

I checked my stock and they are all 6809P's or 68B09P's :( It's a bit
early to check my local store but I fear he doesn't have them on stock
and I don't have high hopes he can get them. Maybe a long shot (but if
you don't shoot, you will always miss): is here anybody on the list
willing to part with some 6809E's? Will pay for them or can supply C=
parts in exchange.
