It seems it would be easier for me to conjure up another drive than to fix this, and I don't have room for a large collection of parts for spares. I'm happy to sell or essentially just give this to anyone who wants it for parts or to try to get it working. The mechanism seems fine and the drive was working until I attempted the supercard install. I am not really sure what I did to kill it since I was careful and used a temperature controlled weller to do the work, but one way or another it just seeks endlessly when powered on. Pay for shipping and it is yours. Unrelated note, I'd really like to find a decent 128D if anyone has one they are willing to part with.
