cbm-hackers needs a new home

On the 3rd of January the University of Gothenburg is switching to a
central mail service, and the server that hosts cbm-hackers will be
retired. It'll be online for a few months to ease the transition, but
I'd like to move the list sooner rather than later. If anyone here
feel that they could provide a good, stable home for the next few
years, please let me know.
