Good video!

I do bet he is using a stereo microscope! And the dude has one hell of a
steady hand. :). 

I want one of the 10X Loupe's. good stuff.

Yeah... I just don't have the patience to fix it if I screw up a stunt  
like that, but for some reason I do have the patience to go pin at a  
time.

I found the demo video I really liked.  This is a solid introduction  
to doing this task with home gear.
