I have the german-engineered PET "High Speed Graphik" board (ASY# 324402-01 rev a, (C)1982), that uses a Thompson 9366 GPU chip and comes with 32K ram. It does 256x256 pixels in monochrome. A friend at TPUG has an MTU bitmap board, and I'm currently scanning the manual (including schematics). Also, a collector friend of mine has the 8296-only Commodore graphics board that I'm hoping to get my hands on eventually...
