ROM CRC app?

Is anyone aware of a ROM checksum app that would allow a non-technical 
user to create CRCs of their ROMs in their systems (sniffing out the 
drive types, gathering the startup messages and the CRCs for each drive, 
and gathering the computer KERNAL and BASIC CRC)?  If not, anyone up for 
a bit of programming?
