RGBI to RGB (SCART) (was: Re: RGBI to VGA adapters?)

Back when my C128 still worked, I used to use a device that connected it to 
my TV set based on the RGB input of the SCART connector:

It basically takes the I signal, adds it on top of the R, G and B signal, 
and sends that to the R, G and B pins on the SCART connectors. I haven't 
tested it with a modern flat-screen, but at least mine still has SCART 
inputs, so it ought to work.
