MS-DOS RECV.EXE dissected

Hello!

Thanks to Martin, I was able to analyze the RECV.EXE and determine which
protocol it uses to transfer files. It can be useful for downloading any
MS-DOS software to the CBM-II disk:

This was a warm-up before analyzing the MSDOS.SYS file :-) Now back to
work ;-)
