Kernal Disassembly anyone?

hy!

i am looking for a c64 kernal disassembly which is in a format ready to be 
assembled into a proper binary. i am not really looking for comments or 
anything, just a proper "source". searched the web a bit, but appearently 
everyone is just copying the old commented one (from marko i believe). that 
one isnt very useful though for my purpose, so.... any pointers?
