He's obviously using a company e-mail address, and I'd doubt he could get rid of that "ridiculous heap of legalese". He may not even access gmail from that place (most banks and insurance companies enforce policies that basically forbid accessing webmail sites from their intranets). If your greatest concern that prevents you from discussing some technical matters is Ruud's company e-mail signature, and I'm still not considering the tone of your email letting us know that, well, I'd say you might have missed something important about this list.
