I would venture to say the P500 may be the least understood Commodore 8-bit machine. It had so much potential; VIC-II, SID, IEEE, BASIC4+, 128K ram, RS-232, excellent keyboard, great expandability, and it's one of the nicest looking.  Enjoy, and let us know what you discover.

PS: The C65 gives it a good run for the money but I'd say more people know about the C65 due to the documentation that was released and the extra interest the machine had. Mention a P500 and even knowledgable Commodore people might not have heard of it.
