Since I took this picture I cut the very large one (100uf/450V) open with my Dremel out of curiosity and it was still wet. No, I don't have the means but I want to replace my Dad's old Fluke with a newer DMM this year. I'll put them in the 'broken' drawer and if my new one has a capacitance test, I'll test them then, but I'll probably be a few months!
