I found no german web shop where this "rare" arithmetic-units are in stock. But Kessler-electronic sells over ebay. 1,79 €/pcs.

Or a source here in Europe? I know a German shop, not Conrad, has been mentioned some times but now I need a name, I cannot remember it anymore :(
