To upoad files, ftp them into the incoming folder there (iirc not visible on the web)
Probably also send a mail to mike in parallel

On a serious note, i tried submitting a pet rom (waterloo basic) a while back and it ended up in the bit bucket...  And i still dont see info on where to upload files.
