I'm interested by techniques permitting to repair old computers
specially the commodore.

I would like to discover / progam  cpld / fpga
what tools should I buy   for cpld / fpga 5v

I check many web site it's a kind of jungle
I would like to find something not to expensive

any good books to buy ?

any idea ?
