MPS 6530

Hallo allemaal,

A friend of mine bought ten 6530's thinking they could be used to 
repair his 8250LP. Unfortunately not. The text on the ICs looks 
like this:

       MOS
     MPS 6530
     010 0480

As you se the usual Commodore code is missing. But on internet I 
found someone mentioning 'Chess champion' in a 6530 with the code ' 
024 1879'. The last number is month/year but could the first number 
be a product code? If so, is anyone familiar with this 010 one?
