264 Series Diagnostic and Burn In ROMs

Gents,

Martin HV has links to a couple of CBM ROMs on his site for diagnostic 
and burn-in tests for the c16/+4 etc. I tried pinging Martin with no 
response as of yet. Do any of you guys have download rights to his site 
or have images of the following ROMs?
