Speaking of eBay finds, my favorite eBay seller sent me this auction
with 14 C116 boards:

Unfortunately, all seem to have both TED and CPU missing, but he also
sent me a picture of one board with a CPU, it might be on his other
auctions. However, he confirmed no bard has a TED.
