But how long would a 1541 disk play for a 160kbit/s MP3? Ten seconds? I'm not even sure if a 1541 can read _that_ fast from a disk. It's 300rpm with 35 tracks, so one track needs 0.2s per revolution and all tracks need 7 seconds. The time for stepping is not included yet, so this is just on the very edge of what a 1541 could do.
