There the routine is almost as Ruud says: a9 02 8d 00 18 a9 20 8d 01 18 4c 7c aa. As you see, it stores $2000 to $1800/$1801, and not $2002. And it makes a jump to $aa7c instead of $ff18. The routine at $aa7c initializes some of the 5710 registers around $401x and finally jumps to $ff18. The binary dump seems to contain just lda/sta pairs and the final jmp.
