There's a really good one that I use called Z80DIS22.LBR that you can find on oak... I believe its oak.oakland.edu/pub/cpm/disasm/ There are a few others there as well, but I prefer the Z80DIS22.LBR because it strives to produce recompileable code, and you can set breakpoints for where datablocks and codeblocks begin and end. It also produces a variety of outputs. It runs on native CP/M.
