I now have a Cardprint+G adapter and A BMC BX-80 printer. The Super Graphix jr printer adapter works ok with the BMC. My ASCII printer must require more current drain than the adapter can supply. That might explain the accasional extra characters. The Cardprint adapter almost works right with the BMC. The lower case letters come out upper case and the upper case letters come out italic. When connect to my ASCII printer, the upper case letters are missing entirely. Does anyone have the swithch settings (there are 6 switches)? The BMC printer stops with a paper out warning (a very loud warning) 3 inches from the bottom of the page. Can this be turned off, both the paper out and the loud warning? - This message was sent through the cbm-hackers mailing list.
