Assuming that the Philips 105s is a VGA-type monitor (RGB, and the like),
it is not a simple matter of a cable. There are devices which allows you
to do so (I recall it being called "the JAM!", but I'm not sure), but
they are not very cheap.
Another way is using one of these TV- or video editing cards for a PC, which
allows you to feed in a composite (or even Y/C) signal.
