For the C64, only version E boards (the small ones) have it, all previous 8pin video boards didn't have it (original PAL, A, B, B2, B3). BTW, did anybody ever see the B2 board? It's listed in the service manual, which even states that "only a few might be out in the field", but this was when the board was new!
