I had a look, realised that the whole code content seemed intact. Had a cursory glance at what part does more or less what and decided that deciphering the fonts (which was my original objective the first time I started the thread about it) is not a task I could do within the time I had. > I'm still surprised that they managed to fit the whole printer control > and IEC protocol plus the font into only 2 KB ROM. That's something that boggles me every time I look at it. And in the beginning I even checked again the datasheet if they really meant "$(0)FFF" and not just shortened the full "$FFFF" ;-) But it also clearly states that only 2KiB of ROM is available.
