USER PORT plugs

Trying to buy some USER PORT plugs but what I get as offers is either relatively acceptable price of below USD3 (for a minimum of 1000 - sic!) or EUR5 per piece at 30 units, plus EUR40 for shipping, which makes it an unacceptable almost US$8 (eight!) for one plug (still without housing) - does anyone knows a source for - say - 30 to 50 pieces of those plugs with reasonable prices? And that would ship to EU?
