TED Die shot.

Hello,

I got a die shot of TED (8360R1). It was done by someone who wants to 
remain anonymous. It's not as good as the shots on visual6502.org but 
still allows a good look at the chip. Someone who can read die shots 
should be able to make out all the different function blocks.

According to the one who took the shot, the passivation layer shows a 
lot of damage and that chip didn't die from overheating but from the 
damaged passivation.

Anyone interested and maybe having webspace it could be hostet on? It's 
3.8 MB JPEG.
