Hallo Olaf, > There is already the thing below, posted via this very same mailing list. I cannot say I didn't notice it but IIRC it was only about Edit ROMs. If not, then I missed an opportunity. Hallo Spiro, > http://cbmrom.trikaliotis.net/ If you want to host it, fine. But the problem with private sites is that they can disappear without any notice. If it is archived by them at all, archive.org saves a lot but not things like ZIP files. So in that case it would be good if some volunteers would mirror your site. Of course I would be one of them. > The problem I see with github, SF and similar is that the code is not mine ... Oops, didn't think about that. And as Google is American, I can imagine that they don't want to burn their fingers by hosting stuff that could belong to some obscure firm and getting sued for it. European, and especially Dutch law, is much more flexible/reasonable on that. Hallo allemaal, An addition to the idea of storing source codes: store (the source of) the schematics as well. As said before, I want to store the sources of the EPROMs of various IEEE interfaces I disassembled and commented as well. But it makes no sense to store them if you haven't any idea of the hardware where they belong to. Awaiting any possible discussion and/or action I will start to prepare my site for hosting the material.
