The CPLD has extra pins, and they are bonded out to pads on the PCB.

That said, I don't think there are enough inputs to the PLA to decode 
those areas.  So, you'd need to add inputs in addition to outputs.

The unit has 7 additional I/O lines, and I am happy to put any equations 
desired on there.  Just let me know what  would be desired.
