In general, you can't do that with a simple socket, since the 2764 has
separate /CE and /OE, so you need to combine these two signals with a
bit of logic into the single /OE of the 2364. Of course if the 2764
was used with one of the /CE or /OE tied to ground, you can make
an adapter by only swapping some pins.
Why anyway would you that? MCM6876[469], 687C64 (from Ricoh only
afair) and 27HC641 are so rare and in general expensive when found,
while 2764 variants are so much common and they throw them at you for
free (I have one MCM68764 against 100+ 2764 to give an idea).
