There is a difference between creating a video signal to output to a tv 
and creating the signals to feed to the plus4 motherboard, so it can 
output them to a tv. The first has complete freedom to do anything you 
want at each stage. The second has defined half the work which you have 
to fit in with, plus you have to work within the confines of the fpga.
