C64 Cartridge Port timings - R/W & ROMH / ROML

Does anyone has any data on or experience of the timing relationship 
between the ROMH / ROML lines and the R/W line on the cartridge port 
(when in Ultimax mode)? Need to know which comes first and how they 
overlap...
