Boise is happy to do so. He would need the HW emulated in VICE (he said he does not relish doing dev on a real SP9000 :-), but it would not be that big of an effort. A small driver for the 8050/8250/SFD drives, screen driver, and some small nits to handle the task switching. If the 6809 for C64/C128/VIC-20 and the SuperPET designs were reasonably similar, he could whip both up. As I just implemented the required MMU for OS/9 L2 in another project, I might yet be able to provide help. But, for starters, I will get the OS9 board online. It is dirt simple, and so should take only a few macrocells. What dev toolchain you using for your CPLD?
