Hi Bill, you have to change all the electrolytic caps in the B256-supply. It starts with bleeping more and more and sometimes the machine doesn't start anymore! Especially the golden caps are problematic. If you have japanese caps in the supply (often orange) - they are mostly ok. Also you have to change the filter caps at the voltage input - they explode sometimes! I watched the US-supply schematics and it looks similar to the EU-supply. It has the same prblematic 1000uF and the filter caps.
