Well, actually on anything except A1000, A600 and A1200 the Amiga doesen't generate PAL or NTSC, only RGB (and in some cases monochrome). Atleast in theory with a NTSC A520 rf modulator you would instead get "NTSC50" and 60Hz NTSC. I have never owned a NTSC A520 or an Amiga sold in a NTSC country, so I cannot verify this. (Also if there were ever any A520 made especially for Brazil that would give PAL 3.58 60Hz and probably also 50Hz). (I've never heard of any SECAM A520 but if there were any such made (primary for France but perhaps also the middle east and maybe maybe also the eastern bloc) then it would produce SECAM and SECAM 60). But there is some slight difference in the crystal frequency afaik, maybe that also affects the RF modulator. Most TV's are rather tolerant because the sync frequencyes from a VCR's can vary quite a bit if the tape for some reason (temporary) runs too slow or too fast. -- (\_/) Copy the bunny to your mails to help (O.o) him achieve world domination.
