8088 card for the CBM-II with the 8255 chip

Hello!

I uploaded the new Eagle board and schematic files here:

https://github.com/MichalPleban/cbm2-8088-card

The card now works fully with the 8255 chip, which means that it can be
completely built using easily obtainable chips.
