Profit. I'm talking about known working units. A C64 without any PSU or other accessories, but known working with screenshots of test cartridge running with complete harness and everything marked as OK never fetch much money here in Sweden. I think the low mark must had been a month ago or so, when a known-good C128 in ugly yellowed shape, without any accesoris, sold for 132SEK (that is about €13) in Swedens largest buy-sell-vintage-computers group on Facebook (!). People seem to pay much money for stuff that comes in original boxes and/or has loads of accessories. Throw in a datasette, some games (even pirate "turbo tape" copies), a PSU and a joystick, and the price doubles as compared to a bare C64. I assume this is due to someone wants to just buy a set that's ready to go and are willing to pay more, especially when felling takes over sense when placing the last bids. (Btw this Facebook group usually uses auctions with bids for stuff, and it's common to have a five minute anti snipe policy meaning that an auction can in theory go on forever as long as the next bid is within five minutes of the previous bid). -- (\_/) Copy the bunny to your mails to help (O.o) him achieve world domination.
