Following up, for my PET/CBM Editor ROM Project I have restructured the 8296 source code and it is able to assemble to a binary exact match for the "324243-04" editor rom. Then I added in support for some enhanced features (wedge, reboot etc) and assembled a new binary. I'm wondering if there is anyone that can test it for me, either on VICE or real 8296/8296D hardware with DIN keyboard?
