I had one drive with a faulty 7474, but all other drives have bad caps!!! Especially the cap for the time slot of two index pulses-window had two low capacity. So the window was too small for two pulses and the right speed was not recognized. This is the reason because the second LED does not light and the stepper does not start to move...
