MOS6508R2 bus signals

Does someone here own a C900 or any other hardware with a 6508 installed?

I wonder what the bus signals (A0-15, D0-7 and R/W#) are like when internal
RAM is accessed!? I'd guess the behavior is the same as with the
internal I/O Port ($0/$1) but I'd prefer to know it exactly.

Anyone git a clue?
