Also, what else could ex MOS had done in 1991? At that time they only
made aging products, the CIA:s, the Paula chip and the keyboard
controller would afaik be the only in-house made chips for the AGA
Amigas coming up. The only other thing that were going on is the C65.

Philips did that but with parts of the part number that regular
consumer weren't intended to really see. Like on the front panel a
receiver could say "683" while on the rear the label would be
22RH683/00 or similar.
